Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel Your enrolment in a course or Subscription within 24 hours (or before) of the start of the Subscription without giving any reason. To exercise this right of cancellation, You must inform Us via a clear statement. Requests must be submitted to help@hellokidney.ai with Your registered email and phone number, or by calling us at +91-76600 09100.
Refund Policy
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the date We receive your cancellation request at help@hellokidney.ai. We will use the same payment method that You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
