Additional Terms & Conditions
1. These are standard terms and conditions for website design and development and apply to all contracts and work undertaken by 4P Healthcare Pvt Ltd Studios for its clients.
2. Our fees and agreement duration: The Project is valid for 2 months. Payment is made in three phases: Phase 1—40% upfront to start; Phase 2—40% once the designs are finalised to proceed; Phase 3—20% post-development before handover. All source files will be dispatched after final payment. An advance payment notification will be sent once the proposal is accepted.
3. Supply of materials: You must supply all materials and information required to complete the work, such as photographs, written copy, logos, source code, and other project items. Delays in supplying materials may extend deadlines. If you fail to provide materials and impede progress, we may invoice for work already completed.
4. Design: We will provide four design samples, each with three variations, and allow three iterations on the finalized design. Additional iterations will incur an extra cost of $500, regardless of usage.
5. Changes: We welcome your input during the design process. Once design is signed off, further changes are chargeable. Change requests must be emailed with details and a delivery timeline. Changes such as font selection, color, reference alignment, or layout arrangement are included; other changes are at our discretion.
6. Project delays and client liability: Time estimates depend on your full cooperation and timely feedback. You must appoint a daily-available point of contact to facilitate progress.
7. Approval of work: Upon completion, you will be notified and given 7 days to report unsatisfactory points in writing. Unreported work will be deemed approved, and the contract completed, making the balance due.
8. Intellectual property rights: You must obtain permissions for any material (copy, images, logos, trademarks) supplied to include in your site or applications. You indemnify us against any related claims.
9. Licensing: Once full payment is made, you are granted a license to use all project-related materials.
10. Design credit: You agree that the created website may be included in our portfolio.
11. Subcontracting: We reserve the right to subcontract agreed services as we see fit.
12. Non-disclosure: We (and any subcontractors) will not disclose your confidential information. You must reimburse us for any expenses not included in the proposal, such as templates, third-party software, stock images, fonts, domain, or hosting fees.
13. Amendments & addendums: This contract is final and complete. However, if changes in marketing or social media require contract additions, these must be executed separately in writing and signed by both parties.
14. Governing law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Telangana state.
